Celebrating two often under-recognized and undervalued New York assets, who’s impacts remain relevant, but who’s time was short lived on the timeline of New York art history. Robert DeNiro Sr. work and Peggy Guggenheim’s 1st short lived New York gallery Art Of This Century often get missed or left out of conversation. I just wanted to find a way to champion their contributions to early Abstract Impressionist movement.
